And so it begins...

Compared to last year mother nature managed to get us an extra month of no snow this year! Bare grass bliss couldn't last forever though and this weekend the snow came and will probably stay for good now. My initial reaction to snow is to cover my head with the blanket and refuse to get out of bed but I managed to force myself on a walk and brought along my camera to make snow blowing in my face a little bit more fun.

  1. I can not wait for it to snow here in Vancouver. Mind you, typically we don't get a ton so I'm thinking that makes it a little more bearable... so glad you ventured outside though, you've captured such beautiful images and they're making me very excited for our first snowfall!!! xo

PS - Fingers crossed on finding a photographer too. It can be so hard to find someone with the same creative vision for sure!!

  2. I am really not the cold-snow kind of person, but your beautiful pictures make it kind of easier to accept the fact that it's going to snow sooner or later. I wish you a wonderful november!

  7. Stunning pictures! We don't have snow in Halifax yet, but it's only a matter of time. I'm not dreading it nearly as much after seeing these pictures, but I sure am feeling a little homesick for the prairies!
